Encuestas de Mototaxis
Al parecer la disposición de tramitar la licencia de conducir dependiendo del domicilio consignado en el DNI no es suficiente para mitigar la problemática del transporte de personas en vehículos menores. Por ello la Licencia de conducir de vehículos menores otorgada por una Municipalidad Provincial, debe tener validez solo en su jurisdicción cuando se preste servicio de transporte de pasajeros y de carga. Por lo que se debe modificar el artículo 4º de la Ley 27189.
